This fast-paced, strength-focused lower body session is designed to build power and muscle using dumbbells ranging from 10–30+ lbs. Expect compound, efficient movements that hit glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Because of the quick flow, this workout is best for those who are already familiar with proper form since I won’t spend much time cueing.
