Equipment: Light–moderate dumbbells (8–15 lbs) + moderate–heavy dumbbells (15–30+ lbs)

In this workout, we’ll move through presses, rows, and extension variations designed to strengthen your back, chest, and triceps. With multiple rounds, you’ll feel the burn as you build upper body strength, stability, and confidence rep by rep.
