Equipment: Evelyn Wellness weights (1-3 lb) + pair of light hand weights (1-5 lb)

Strengthen and sculpt from head to toe with this 30-minute Pilates-inspired workout programmed to challenge your muscles with control, balance, and intention. We’ll use light resistance from Evelyn Wellness weights and a light pair of dumbbells to fire up your core, upper, and lower body. Expect slow, controlled reps, deep core activation, and mindful movement that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and energized.
